The newly launched Herolds Bay Country Estate has commenced with the sales phase. The estate brings a much anticipated convenience centre to an area crying out for such an addition. The sale of plots has commenced and the sale of smaller homes will commence prior to Easter 2022.

When the current owners viewed the relatively unloved original farm on which The Herolds Bay Country Estate is now developing in 2016, they fell in love instantly. At first they rented the grazing on the farm and later as their passion for the property developed, they purchased it outright in 2017.
Their vision for the land continued to grow and they embarked on the lengthy rezoning process which culminated at the end of January 2022 with all the necessary approvals being granted. The current owners will continue to reside on and farm the remainder of the property following the subdivision.

The residential offerings are 99 full title plots which are now available for sale and a further 68 pre-designed, full title, cluster homes which will be released around Easter 2022.
